Patients Services
Patient Services that we provide at Narang Eye institute:
1. Meet the nurse for fixing the time, date of surgery along with room, lens specifications, signatures and    consent forms.
2. Collect the list of medicines, list of investigations, instruction sheet to be done from the nurse.
3. Fix the appointment for your A-Scan test if cataract surgery for determining power of lens after surgery. 4. Fix and complete yourpre-surgeryinvestigations-Laboratory facilities with ECG testing etc., are      available at Narang Eye Institute.
5. All Pre-op. tests may be done here. The tests must be done, at least, one week prior to surgery.
6. Please come with all your reports in person or send a relative with the same, between 12-noon      and4:00 PMonly, to fix date of surgery with the nurse.
7. This will beonly fixed only in person and not by telephone or fax. The time of admission will    be informed at the time of fixing the surgery.
8. This will be reconfirmed on the day before the surgery. If there is a change you will be informed      accordingly.
9. Insurance patients: Please provide a copy of your Card and Insurance Policy to the Front Reception      staff.
10. Use your eye drops and tablets as per the prescription given to you by the nurse / doctor.
11. Upon discharge, please take your discharge summary and confirm your follow up visit (date and          time).
